Please note that all payment adjustments need your regional managers approval before adjustments can be made. This sometimes take a few days, please be patient.

Please give as much detail as possible when opening a support ticket.

If a pay correction is necessary, please list the event date, time, location and the event id (if you know it).

Providing details on the initial ticket will speed up the ticket resolution time.

Please only submit one support ticket for the issue. Multiple support tickets for the same issue will not resolve the issue faster.

If you have questions on our pay schedule please view the push schedules before submitting your ticket. The Push Schedules list estimated push dates and may fluctuate during the high volume holiday season.

PayMeNow: The pay me now functionality in POD is not available. Payments will be made according to the estimated push schedule. Please make sure all bank information is added in POD and is accurate. Payment is automatically pushed to this bank account once a month.
