As a founding partner of kube, Scott brings incredible energy, expertise and leadership, particularly in the areas of Strategic Planning and New Business Development. He brings both a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges and a passion for team-building to the company.

 

His deep expertise across a wide range of categories is the result of over 25 years in the on-premise industry. Prior to kube, Scott was an On-premise Director for Coors Brewing Company (CBC) where he helped developed CBC’s “go to market strategy”. Scott’s previous on-premise experience also includes a senior management role in Team Enterprises where he directed on-premise programs for Coca-Cola, Bacardi USA, Brown Forman, Anheuser Bush, AT&T and HBO. Prior to that, he worked as an On-premise Business Manager for Allied Domecq Spirits.

 

Scott resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Lori and son, Jack. His three other children Cailin, Meaghan and Sean are grown and enjoy life in New York City.  Though he calls Dallas home, he will always be a Bostonian and a devoted Sox fan at heart.

As a founding partner of kube, John is responsible for collaborating with the client’s brand groups to shape the marketing strategy and develop innovative execution plans. Throughout his career he has done this work for some of the largest adult beverage companies in the world.

 

Before starting kube, John served as a Vice President at Team Enterprises for more than a decade, during which he led on-premise initiatives for a diverse client base such as HBO, Discovery Channel, Bacardi USA, Miller Brewing Company and Allied Domecq Spirits. More specifically, as the National Program Director, John was an integral part in the creation of the Dewar’s on-premise initiative, recognized by Promo Magazines as one of the 10 best of 2003.

 

When he is not spending time with his family; John keeps himself fit and sane by taking on home improvement projects, working out and getting his adrenaline rushing by competitive driving.

As consulting, managing director with kube, Cathy brings 25 years of experience leading event oriented organizations for business and industry. She is a  leader who moves easily from vision and strategy to implementation and analysis. She is  regarded for her strong business acumen and ability to execute a wide range of strategic, brand building programs designed to strengthen awareness, achieve client objectives and financial goals.

 

Her expertise across Consumer Products, Adult Beverage, Retail and experiential promotional activities brings a deep understanding of how to engage consumers in any channel in a relevant and meaningful way.

 

Prior to kube, Cathy was on the Sr. Leadership team of a Chicago based experiential marketing agency where she directed all design, strategy and execution of 360 degree consumer engagement/experience brand activations with Dyson, Apothic Wine, Anheuser-Busch, Neuro Drinks, Seamless, etc.  Her previous experience with Southern Wine of Spirits provides deep insight into the three tier distribution system and working with high profile wine and spirits brands including Bacardi USA, PRUSA, Beam, The Wine Group, etc.

 

Other notable positions include pioneering the successful  start-up of a national event division for ARAMARK providing leadership and direction for the execution of varying consumer activations for Fortune 500 brands.

 

She has served as Regional Food and Beverage Manager for Starbucks Coffee providing direct oversight for a 5 state region with 250 retail locations. She was instrumental in the launch of Starbucks new lunch program implementation including product development, pricing and analysis of product mix to maximize sales growth and profitability.

 

Cathy is a native of Chicago, loves the city, is a foodie and enjoy spending free time working out, enjoying cultural activities and sharing a great glass of wine with friends and family.
